When you use our contact form: Your name, email address, company name (if provided) and the content of your message. This data is transmitted to Web3Forms, which forwards it to us by email and acts as a processor on our behalf. See Web3Forms' Privacy Policy.
Automatically: Your browser may transmit technical data (IP address, browser type, device info) when loading the page. We do not use analytics or tracking tools.
Web3Forms: Our contact form is processed by Web3Forms. When you submit the form, the data you entered is transferred to Web3Forms servers and delivered to us by email. No data is transferred to them unless you actively submit the form.
Fonts: All fonts are self-hosted on our server. No external font services are used.
This website uses browser local storage to remember your theme preference (light/dark) and language selection. No tracking cookies are set by us, and we use no third-party embeds that set cookies.
We process data based on: (a) your consent when submitting the contact form, (b) legitimate interest for website operation, and (c) contractual necessity when providing services.
Enquiries sent via the contact form are retained for the duration of the business relationship and as required by tax and commercial law (typically 6-10 years in Germany). Enquiries that do not lead to a business relationship are deleted once they are no longer needed. You can request earlier deletion of non-mandatory data at any time.
Under GDPR, you have the right to: access your data, request correction or deletion, restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact alex@growbaze.com.
