This Return and Refund Policy applies to all digital products and subscription services purchased through our website or its subdomains.
The words with initial capital letters have meanings defined below. The definitions apply whether they appear in singular or plural.
Company (referred to as “the Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”) means Alex Pfeffer, sole proprietor, operating under the brand name GrowBaze, based in Hamburg, Germany.
Service refers to the GrowBaze software platform and related online services.
Website refers to https://growbaze.com and its subdomains, including https://go.growbaze.com.
Subscription means a recurring paid plan that grants access to digital services or software features.
Merchant of Record means Paddle.com Market Ltd, which processes payments, invoices, and applicable taxes on our behalf.
You means the individual or business purchasing or using the Service.
GrowBaze provides access to digital software and online services only.
No physical products are shipped, and therefore physical returns are not applicable.
If You are a consumer residing in the European Union, You have the right to withdraw from Your digital purchase within 14 days of the original transaction without giving any reason, provided that You have not yet accessed or begun using the Service.
By starting to use or log in to the Service before the end of the 14-day period, You acknowledge that the digital service has been provided and that Your right of withdrawal is waived according to EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Article 16 m).

We will process valid refund requests within 14 days of receiving Your notice of withdrawal, using the same payment method You used for the original purchase. No fees will be charged for the refund.
All subscription payments are handled securely by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our Merchant of Record.
Refund requests are evaluated according to the following rules:
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.
You may cancel anytime from within your account or by contacting us.
Once a billing period has started, fees are generally non-refundable, except when required by law or approved as a goodwill gesture.
Refunds, when applicable, are processed by Paddle and will appear on your original payment method.
Because GrowBaze provides digital access only, there is no requirement to return any product or send items back.
All refund or cancellation requests must be made electronically via email.
Refund eligibility for discounted or promotional plans follows the same rules as standard subscriptions.
No additional refund limitations apply to sale pricing.
