Device means any device that can access the Service, such as a computer, mobile phone, or tablet.
Service refers to the GrowBaze software platform and all related websites, subdomains, applications, and services operated by the Company.
Website refers to GrowBaze, accessible from https://growbaze.com and its subdomains such as https://go.growbaze.com.
Subscription(s) refers to services or access to the Service offered on a recurring basis by the Company to You.
Terms and Conditions (also referred to as “Terms”) means this agreement between You and the Company governing the use of the Service.
Third-party Service means any content, data, or functionality provided by an external service that may be linked or integrated within our platform.
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or legal entity on whose behalf such individual accesses or uses the Service.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the use of the Service.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.
By accessing or using the Service, You agree to be bound by them. If You disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Service.
You represent that You are at least 18 years old. The Service is not intended for users under 18.

Certain features of the Service are available only through a paid subscription.
You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually), depending on the plan You select when purchasing.
Subscriptions renew automatically under the same conditions unless canceled before the renewal date.
You may cancel Your subscription renewal at any time via Your account settings or by contacting Us.
After cancellation, You will retain access until the end of Your current billing period.
You must provide accurate and complete billing information, including full name, address, postal code, and a valid payment method.
If automatic billing fails, We may issue an electronic invoice requesting manual payment within a specific deadline.
The Company reserves the right to modify subscription fees at any time.
Any changes will take effect after the current billing cycle.
You will be notified in advance and may cancel before the change becomes effective.
All payments for subscriptions are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd, which handles billing, receipts, and applicable taxes on our behalf.

Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started.
However, refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis and approved at our discretion or by Paddle.
If You are a consumer residing in the European Union, You have the right to withdraw from your digital purchase within 14 days of the transaction without giving any reason, provided that You have not yet accessed or downloaded the digital content.
By starting to use or access the Service before the 14-day period ends, You acknowledge and agree that the right of withdrawal is waived once the Service has been fully provided or accessed.

We will process valid refund requests promptly, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.
The Service and all its original content, design, features, and functionality (excluding content uploaded by users) remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors.
The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws in Germany and abroad.
You may not use any trademarks, trade dress, or branding of the Company without prior written consent.
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Company.
We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of such third parties.
We recommend reviewing the Terms and Privacy Policies of any third-party websites You visit.
We may suspend or terminate Your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately, but any outstanding payment obligations to Paddle or the Company remain due.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of €100 or the amount You paid during the last billing period for the Service.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain liabilities; in such cases, the limitation shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, freedom from errors or viruses, or that the Service will meet specific expectations.
Use of the Service is at Your own risk.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, excluding its conflict of law rules.
If You are a consumer residing in the EU, You will also benefit from any mandatory provisions of consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
If You have any concerns or disputes, please contact Us first to seek an amicable resolution.
We aim to resolve issues informally before resorting to legal procedures.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified or interpreted to achieve the intent of that provision as closely as possible, and the remaining terms will remain in effect.
Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of any right or provision unless explicitly stated in writing.
We may modify or replace these Terms at any time.
If a change is material, We will make reasonable efforts to notify You at least 30 days before new terms take effect.
By continuing to use the Service after updates, You agree to the revised Terms.
